At the TalenInstituut Nederland we offer courses at every level you might need. From complete beginners to top professionals who need to be almost perfectly fluent.
We are able to offer this because we customise everything we do to the specific needs of each and every client. This is of course true of the course content and delivery style but also of the length, frequency and intensity of our courses.
This means that if training at the start of business suits you and your team better than at the end of your working day, we can accommodate this. Either at your own premises or in one of our well-locate training spaces around the Netherlands.
Our flexible courses where we offer shorter training times over an extended period is ideal for those with little spare time, but plenty of time for achieving their goal of improving their target language. For those with more urgent requirements, our intensive, full-day courses can have a large and immediate impact on your language levels. In between this we also offer a semi-intensive option which spread a series of whole-day classes over a number of weeks.
Each variation implies a slightly different method of learning and training. We have a wide range of experienced trainers who are well suited to either intensive or flexible courses. It is the trainers who meet with you and help set your goals and expectations for each course, clarifying your existing language level while discovering what you
“We believe that each and every client knows their own needs and we always make a big effort to meet those needs,” adds Andreas Wand, coordinator for TalenInstituut Utrecht and Amsterdam, “So that means if they want intensive courses, we make sure they understand what this means and if it meets their needs and that is what they then receive.
This extends as far as also offering an e-learning solution to clients as either a stand-alone option or as part of a taught class or even as a maintenance tool to help clients to continue to develop once their course is complete. “Many people simply cannot put aside a regular three-hour period to follow a course,” continues Wand, “For them it makes much more sense to be able to log into an online system and follow a course. This is by nature a lot less adaptable than a face-to-face course presented by a trainer, but it meets a very specific need.”
TalenInstituut Tip:
Before you decide to book yourself a business language course, try and lay-out some clear goals for yourself. What level are you at now? Where do you want to be? Consider specific areas that you need to develop such a business writing skills or presentations. In your intake review a trainer will always ask these questions, but if you considered them before, you will always be able to give clearer answers, which will give you a better long-term result.
Here at TalenInstituut Nederland (The Dutch Language Institute) we understand the needs that companies face as well as the fears individual learners feel. This is why we offer flexible, fully customised Business language courses to businesses and individuals. Through a process of interviews and meetings we establish the unique needs and competence of our clients and design each and every course around those.
